Data we use
KartBite processes account details, household membership, grocery and planning data, uploaded images, product usage, and support communications to provide and secure the service.
Billing data
Stripe processes payments. KartBite stores the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, plan interval, trial dates, renewal or end dates, and payment-recovery timestamps needed to provide household access. KartBite does not store your full payment card number.
Sharing and retention
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate KartBite, process payments, deliver authentication and infrastructure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We retain data for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
Account controls let you update profile and household information. Contact support to request help with access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
