Terms of service

Subscription and trial

KartBite is offered at $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. An eligible new household may receive one 14-day trial after the household owner completes Checkout with a payment method. The exact trial end and first charge date are shown before purchase and in Billing.

Unless canceled, your subscription automatically renews at the selected monthly or yearly price until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid access remains available until the date shown in Billing unless access is limited for an unresolved payment failure.

Refunds are not automatic. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support. We will review requests under applicable law and any rights that cannot be waived.

Billing recovery

If a payment fails, KartBite may provide a 72-hour recovery period. Billing, account, support, and sign-out controls remain available while paid product access is restricted.

Service use

Keep your account secure and use KartBite lawfully. Grocery, nutrition, price, and assistant output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it.
